Well, friends and family. I haven’t been on here in quite some time so a lot has happened a short amount of time mental illness. Is a very serious thing to some people and to other others it’s not a big deal, but I’m not ashamed to say that I have mental illness, I deal with depression and anxiety. Every day….. I go to group therapy three days a week I see a psychologist and I take one day at a time some days are easy and some days are not. I just have to stay focused and to have a healthy mind and a healthy body. I do believe I’m on the right path and I know that I got this….. during this whole revelation I do thank the good Lord above for another beautiful day and I appreciate and love all my family so supportive and so loving and a big shout out to all my children and I love each and everyone of you so very much…. mama is going to be just fine…..Jesse Arbuckle .. I just have to be true to myself and do for me as I need to do so I went to the pool place today and I have a free membership for the whole year so it was very good therapy day for me….I praise Jesus and I also returned to my church this week so It was very spiritual and I love being in God’s house at Mission City Church….Amen
